Hi Everyone!
I am an ex-health coach with a degree in Dietetics who realized very quickly the world of traditional healthcare was not my thing. Energetics, spirituality, and root cause healing are much more my realm!
I have been reading people for as long as I can remember; even before I realized that's what I was doing [and that other people weren't seeing what I was seeing]. So, I tossed out my registered dietitian certification and created Align to Vibe sessions!
My sessions start with guided breathwork & meditation to help you drop into your body and fully relax. The next portion is silent while I do a combination of healing & reading. I tune into your physical, emotional, and energetic bodies while receiving intuitive messages and guidance for you. I write everything down on a note card that we go over at the end.
You also have the opportunity to pull oracle cards at the end!
I help you become more aligned with and step into the person you want to be!
