Hi there! My name is Kriss – I graduated from The Salon Professional Academy in April 2023. I believe that massage therapy is a wonderful way to provide care for others- which is what I love to do! It is also a wonderful form of self-care!
Massage gives you the chance to rest, relax, recenter yourself and most importantly – to discover where you are holding onto tension so you can let it go! Massage therapy provides you the opportunity to slow down, allowing you to feel the connections between your mind, body and spirit- which are all important aspects of our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
During your session, I like to focus on your areas of concern as well as incorporate whatever type of massage techniques you and your body need- it is my hope that you leave feeling refreshed, renewed!
I believe that every “body” deserves a caring touch- regardless of age or ability- so please feel free to let me know if you need special accommodations – I will do my best to create a therapeutic space that works for everyone!

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage incorporates a variety of modalities that enhance the body’s natural restorative functioning. Light to firm touch is used to release tension, relax muscles, increase blood & lymph circulation. Therapeutic massage can be used to alleviate pain decrease stress and aid in soft tissue healing. Also, regular massage can enhance health by providing relaxation, releasing muscle tightness and relief from anxiety. Every massage with Kriss includes hot towels and essential oils!

Massage & Reiki Combined
Reiki is a form of therapy that uses no-touch techniques, with the goal of improving the flow of life energy in a person. Reiki practitioners are trained to detect and alleviate problems of energy flow on the physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Reiki is used in much the same way to achieve similar effects that traditional massage therapy is used—to relieve stress and pain, and to improve the symptoms of various health conditions. Combined while receiving a massage!

Chair Massage at Inspire
This massage was created for those who physically can't tolerate traditional massage methods. Takes place at the spa.

Facial Cupping
During this treatment smaller cups are continuously moved around your face. Facial cupping is a 30 minute treatment. It helps with sinus congestion, TMJ, tight facial muscles and boosts collagen for brighter younger looking skin.
