Inspire's Yoga Instructors


Kelly is a certified personal trainer & fitness instructor. She has spent many years cultivating her own personal practice and most recently decided it was time to  complete her 200hr training and become a  Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.  She teaches many styles of classes but her favorite to teach are Meditation, Restorative and Yin classes. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just beginning your journey she believes in taking time to reflect, practice patience & give back to yourself through a regular yoga & meditation practice.



Brenna is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance with completion of her 200hr yoga teacher training and has since taught 1000+ hours of yoga related classes. She also has her Masters (of Science, not the Universe) degree in Sport Studies from Bemidji State University. She was not only a previous college athlete herself but also spent eight years coaching college basketball. After traveling all over the country to recruit, organizing team travel and running team workout Brenna realized she had been so busy being caught up in her job she forgot who she was. This is when her first profound experience practicing yoga for more than just a physical workout occurred and changed the course of her life. After completing her teacher training, Brenna has taught all over the world from surf camps in Peru, massage therapy spas in Minnesota to teaching a specialized Yoga for Addiction Recovery program. Currently she teaches a yoga program specifically designed for college athletes, helping them train during some their hardest segments of the year. She lets her own journey be a guide as she works with both advanced and beginner yogis on theirs. 


A 200 hr (RYT) a dog-mom and a really big fan of sharing all things yoga with her students, fellow teachers and the community. Sami discovered her love for yoga after trying out her first hot yoga class. Something about dripping with sweat and feeling strong after the 60 minutes, had her hooked. She enjoys all styles of yoga & attending new workshops/classes around town and on her travels. A consistent yoga practice has helped her find balance in life & a way to dedicate time to herself. Her favorite part of teaching is getting to know students & seeing yogis deepen their postures and gain confidence as a result of their practice. 


Paula has 9 years of professional yoga teaching experience & has been practicing for over 16 years. Paula's classes will introduce you to this age-old practice & keep you coming back for more. Yoga is for everyone & Paula can prove it! She believes that yoga allows us to find our inner calm but also our inner mental and physical strength.
