Kelly is a certified personal trainer & fitness instructor. She has spent many years cultivating her own personal practice and most recently decided it was time to complete her 200hr training and become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She teaches many styles of classes but her favorite to teach are Meditation, Restorative and Yin classes. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just beginning your journey she believes in taking time to reflect, practice patience & give back to yourself through a regular yoga & meditation practice.
Karla is a 200 hr RYT certified through Yoga Alliance Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master. She graduated from Devanadi Yoga in August 2018 and has been doing reiki since 2016. She enjoys creating classes that flow well and bring ambiance to those she teaches. Her goal is to empower those teaches to reach their highest potential in mind, body and spirit. She looks forward to uniting reiki and yoga, bringing energizing flows and mediation to Inspire!
Jason is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, MMA fighter, and MMA instructor with a passion of helping athletes and general public reach their fullest potential. He has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. The reason he started his journey was the bad and unhealthy lifestyle he found himself stuck in. Martial Arts and fitness were his saving grace, though it was not easy and pushed him into realizing how tough it will be to change, he knew something had to be done if it was ever going to get better. He engulfed himself in anything training related; going to seminars, competing in combative sports, visiting established gyms/ trainers to learn their styles and philosophies. Jason now applies each of these methods in his own programs as well as carries them over to the martial arts world.
Brenna Rollie is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which means she completed her 200hr yoga teacher training from Samadhi Center for Yoga in Denver, Colorado and has since taught 1000+ hours of yoga related classes. She is also a Master (of Science, not the Universe) having completed her Master's degree in Sport Studies from Bemidji State University. Her undergraduate degree was completed in K-12 Physical Education, with a minor in Coaching, from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Prior to her first real spiritual awakening (breakdown) she spent 8 years as a college basketball coach. She was able to use all the experience she had gained as a college athlete herself, as well as the education she learned through formal schooling, to help mentor young women. In the midst of running workouts and doing class checks and organizing team travel and traveling all over the country to recruit, she lost something that was very important to her. Herself. She had been so busy being successful that she forgot who she was and where she was going. This was when her first profound experience using yoga for something other than a physical workout occurred, and it changed the course of her life.
Since the completion of her 200hr YTT, Brenna has taught yoga all over the world. From a surf camp in Lobitos, Peru to a massage therapy spa in Minnesota to Yoga for Addiction Recovery to a yoga program specifically designed for college athletes while they are in the midst of their hardest training segments of the year. She created Aham Love Yoga, LLC in 2013 and since then has been teaching a wide variety of yoga classes in a wide variety of places. She lets her own journey be her guide as she works with others.
