Andrea Krejci Paradis is a 200 E-RYT/500 RYT Yoga Alliance teacher, an Ayurveda Yoga Specialist, Holistic Life Coach, and Reiki Master.
Andrea's yoga journey began in 2007. During college, she battled depression, weight gain, and extreme stress. She had always heard yoga was supposed to be a good workout, so she found a free video on YouTube and settled in to practice on her apartment floor. Not only did the video leave her sweaty and her muscles sore, but it also gave her an abundance of peace and calm. She knew she was meant to share that bliss with others.
Andrea's passion is to help individuals realize their true, perfect Self and to discover mindful wellness through a balanced lifestyle. During her group classes and private sessions she not only utilizes the teachings of yoga but uses Ayurveda (yoga's sister science) to show how these ancient practices can be taken off the mat and into every day life. Always a student first, Andrea hopes to share the accessibility of the ancient practices with others.
