Massage by Cressy

Cressy is a graduate of the Sister Rosalind Gefre School of Massage Therapy in Fargo, ND, and brings over twenty years of experience to her practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). Specializing in neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, she effectively addresses a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, sciatic nerve compression, back and neck pain, migraines, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, and iliotibial band (ITB) syndrome. 

Cressy is also trained in and utilizes several other modalities, including Swedish/relaxation, sports, and orthopedic massage which is aimed at helping clients recover from injuries, surgeries, arthritis, and fibromyalgia. She offers geriatric and pregnancy massage along with myofascial bodywork and craniosacral therapy.   

To further enrich the therapeutic experience, she provides complimentary massage cupping as a certified technician using the ACE Massage Cupping technique. This method leaves no cupping marks and employs continuous movement of the massage cups.  The application of warm far infrared compresses are also included in each massage ensuring a soothing and effective treatment for each client. Cressy is a Reiki practitioner- master level, and is trained in other energy healing modalities.  These sessions are also available or can be incorporated into  massages.
