She created Inspire Health & Wellness Spa with her clients in mind. She sees daily stress causing BIG problems in mental and physical health. She has always dreamt of a place where people can go to manage total body health and made it her mission to help others get and stay out of pain. Massage has always been a piece to her health and wellness puzzle, but it wasn't until recently that she witnessed what hot yoga, healthy food and taking time for herself, can do for the mind, body and soul. Everyday I have people on my massage table that are STRESSED to the max. They are getting massages, trying to take care of themselves. But life happens, things happen that are out of our control, and sometimes you need a place to go to LEARN how to relax and take care of yourself. That's right learn, everybody is doing WAY more than they should, taking on way too much. Eventually stress is going to happen if you don't take time to take care of yourself. Your body can only handle so much. That stress will show up in many different forms... tight muscles, anxiety, depression, stomach issues. Life is short, your health is important and can change in an instant. Why not live healthy and happy?! This is my WHY. YOU. Everyone of you, inspired me to create Inspire Health & Wellness Spa. I can't wait for you to come workout, relax and find peace!

Health and spirituality has always been an integral part of who Fallon is. For nearly a decade she lived in California. During that time, she fully embraced a healthy lifestyle and began studying yoga philosophies, healing meditation, Ayurveda and nutrition. Through regular yoga practice she noticed new connections in her body and learned how to take care of it. Yoga has been an integral part of her personal healing process.
In 2012, Fallon attended 200 hours of yoga training at Yoga North, in Duluth, MN. This training taught her the importance of healing the body with somatics and therapeutic yoga. These modalities encouraged her to stay within her range of motion and progress responsibly in Hatha yoga poses. The way Fallon teaches yoga is with intuition, both her intuition as well as yours. She uses what she senses in you and then she teaches you how to listen within yourself to inspire a pathway for healing.
In 2016 Fallon was the facilitator of the teacher training for the Yoga Center of Minneapolis at the Spirit Room. Teaching others to teach echoed her personal experience and reminded her of her purpose. This was a humbling experience that has allowed Fallon to teach with more compassion and wisdom, allowing her to be more present and supportive for your growth and well being
Brenna Rollie is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which means she completed her 200hr yoga teacher training from Samadhi Center for Yoga in Denver, Colorado and has since taught 1000+ hours of yoga related classes. She is also a Master (of Science, not the Universe) having completed her Master's degree in Sport Studies from Bemidji State University. Her undergraduate degree was completed in K-12 Physical Education, with a minor in Coaching, from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Prior to her first real spiritual awakening (breakdown) she spent 8 years as a college basketball coach. She was able to use all the experience she had gained as a college athlete herself, as well as the education she learned through formal schooling, to help mentor young women. In the midst of running workouts and doing class checks and organizing team travel and traveling all over the country to recruit, she lost something that was very important to her. Herself. She had been so busy being successful that she forgot who she was and where she was going. This was when her first profound experience using yoga for something other than a physical workout occurred, and it changed the course of her life.
Since the completion of her 200hr YTT, Brenna has taught yoga all over the world. From a surf camp in Lobitos, Peru to a massage therapy spa in Minnesota to Yoga for Addiction Recovery to a yoga program specifically designed for college athletes while they are in the midst of their hardest training segments of the year. She created Aham Love Yoga, LLC in 2013 and since then has been teaching a wide variety of yoga classes in a wide variety of places. She lets her own journey be her guide as she works with others.
Kelly Hildreth is a 200RYT. Kelly graduated from 200 YTT in December 2017, and has been cultivating her yoga practice over the years. Kelly is also a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. Kelly works with all levels of heat from no heat to hot, she teaches powerfully strong vinyasana flow classes and on the softer side specializes in her favorite yoga, restorative and yin practices. She also practices and offers guided meditations. Whether you are a hardcore athlete or burned out from the regular grind, she believes in taking the time to reflect inward, practice discipline, patience, and give back to yourself through what every yoga speaks to you and through meditation.
Sami has been teaching yoga for just about a year and a half and practicing both in studios & at home for the past 3 years. I love yoga because it really can be for any body & every type of body! My favorite classes to teach are beginner level classes since they let me help new yogis focus on the doing postures correctly to get the most out of their practice. My goal with any student is for them to one day feel confident enough to be in the front of the class versus trying to hide out in the back. When I'm not at work or doing yoga I enjoy traveling, being at the lake and spending time with my fur babies.
