A quiet, meditative practice with an emphasis on stretch & restoring in poses. Most poses are done while seated or lying down & are held for longer periods of time. This allows yogis the opportunity to bring awareness to their breath and sensations in the body. This practice will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed & restored. It is a wonderful practice to compliment those who run, cycle or have other more active pursuits. Studio is typically heated to 80-85 degrees for this class.
A solid foundation is key to a strong yoga practice! Start building yours in this all-levels vinyasa based class. Students move through poses that incorporate both power, balance and flexibility through the connection of yogi breath & postures. This class is great for beginners & advanced yogis! All are welcome! Studio is typically heated to 90-95 degrees for this class.
Vin-Yin combines the energizing practice of vinyasa and the deep, relaxing stretching of yin yoga for the ultimate combination. The first half of class you will flow through a vinyasa practice then move into yin poses for the second half of class. You'll get the benefits of increased strength and balance of vinyasa and increased flexibility and stress relief of yin...the best of both worlds. Studio heated to 85-90 degrees for this class.
Join Karla in setting up in restorative poses using props and receiving reiki to your seven main chakras or energy wheels, all while listening to meditative chakra chanting corresponding to the chakra you are receiving reiki to. This is an inward subtle energy flow class that will restore your body, mind and spirit. Studio not heated for this class.
It's lights out for this class! Fire lit Flow is a great class for beginners or those who just prefer a more gentle flow. Focus is on yoga breathing techniques and to lengthen and strengthen muscles through basic yoga postures. Studio is heated to 95 degrees.
Focusing on building strength through mental focus and body awareness. The perfect flow to train your body to move optimally through athletic activities and everyday life. This flow will make you move smarter, with adjustments from the teacher. This class welcomes both beginners and advanced yogis. Studio is typically heated to 90-95 degrees for this class.
Derived from traditional Hatha yoga techniques, this class moves are derived from traditional Hatha yoga techniques, this class moves at a slower pace than a Vinyasa and focuses on repeating a series of yoga poses for 60 minutes while bringing attention to the breath. The series of poses may vary by class and instructor and may incorporate a gentle flow at times. Studio heated 95-100°
Sculpt is a high intensity workout that incorporates hand weights with bursts of cardio. You'll recognize some yoga poses throughout this class as well. Studio is typically heated to 90-95 degrees for this class.
Honeysuckle Hooping was created to share the amazing benefits and joys of hula hooping. Brittany Colbert, owner, is an avid hooper and certified Hoop Love Coach. Her aim is inspire healthy bodies and minds through the happiness of hooping! Small Class sizes, due to hoops! Register early! Studio is not heated for this class.

The Salt Cave is a wonderful place to practice yoga, as deep breathing can help to maximize the benefits of salt therapy! This 45-minute yoga class includes opening postures for the lungs and ends with an extended savasana. Since Himalayan salt has as wonderful crystal structure and holds a very nice energy, it really supports the spiritual practice of Yoga. This class is a combination of both a yoga class & a salt cave session, best of both worlds!
