All classes' in this studio will be heated between 90-100° depending on class. The studio is heated with a combination of infrared sauna panels and the latest heat system for forced heat. This studio is big, 1,100 square feet, so there is plenty of room for you to spread out. Feel free to bring your mat or borrow one of ours. We also have towels, lockers and showers. See you soon!
This class is a slow, relaxing yet invigorating vinyasa flow that allows space to fully experience each pose and find the connection between breath and movement. It is appropriate for all, as well as a great place to start if newer to yoga.
It's lights out for this class! Fire lit Flow is a great class for beginners or those who just prefer a more gentle flow. Focus is on yoga breathing techniques and to lengthen and strengthen muscles through basic yoga postures.
Vin-Yin combines the energizing practice of vinyasa and the deep, relaxing stretching of yin yoga for the ultimate combination. The first half of class you will flow through a vinyasa practice then move into yin poses for the second half of class. You'll get the benefits of increased strength and balance of vinyasa and increased flexibility and stress relief of yin...the best of both worlds.
A solid foundation is key to a strong yoga practice! Start building yours in this all-levels vinyasa based class. Students move through poses that incorporate both power, balance and flexibility through the connection of yogi breath & postures. This class is great for beginners & advanced yogis! All are welcome!
A little touch of yoga with a big punch of STRONG! The class begins with Vinyasa Yoga to warm and prepare you for a full body muscle workout. You will focus on and fully train each muscle group before moving on to the next. In between it's all about core strength. You'll finish with a well deserved yoga cool down and savasana leaving the studio feeling physically and mentally stronger. The room is heated and you'll sweat in class!
An original style of hot yoga, Bikram sequence, is a 60 min. total body workout that leads you through 26 postures most of which are done twice. This challenging style of yoga emphases proper body alignment, breath flow, and precise movement intended to increase endurance, flexibility, strength, and concentration.
Sculpt is a high intensity workout that incorporates hand weights with bursts of cardio. You'll recognize some yoga poses throughout this class as well.
All classes' in this studio are considered 'non-heated' at 70-75°! This studio is a bit on cozier side, so make sure to sign up for your favorite class! Equipped with 2 walls of windows for an uber relaxing feel, you can watch the clouds going by while in savasana! Feel free to bring your mat or borrow one of ours. This class is focused on connecting you inward. We start off with guided breathwork which is either done comfortably sitting or laying on your mat. After, you will be guided through an intuitively led meditation creating specifically for the group in the room. You will leave feeling calm, refreshed, and filled with intention.
Restorative yoga is a calming, grounding and beneficial practice that allows a person to release and work through tension in the mind, body, and spirit. This practice will help you balance your nervous system, increase your immunity and resilience, and deeply relax your physical body by using gentle, supported poses that are held for 5 - 10 minutes each.
Restorative Yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Yoga nidra is a practice to rejuvenate and bring you to mental rest allowing you to reconnect your living body, energetic body, and higher self.
A quiet, meditative practice with an emphasis on stretch & restoring in poses. Most poses are done while seated or lying down & are held for longer periods of time. This allows yogis the opportunity to bring awareness to their breath and sensations in the body. This practice will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed & restored. It is a wonderful practice to compliment those who run, cycle or have other more active pursuits.
Gentle Somatic yoga is a practice of mindful movements that enhance body awareness. A gentle flow to strengthen the body's brain-to-muscle memory.

In this class we will incorporate yoga and gentle calisthenics with the optional use of dumbells, bands, straps, yoga balls, and our bodyweight. This class will also offer short segments of low impact cardio and stretching. The entire class can be done seated or standing with modifications offered throughout class.
Barre is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training using light weights and resistance bands.
This class is designed for all fitness levels. The first 30 minutes combines cardio and strength exercises in a 20 sec/ 10 sec Tabata format in which exercise shoes are recommended. The last 30 minutes focuses on combining elements of Barre (ballet inspired moves)
This class incorporates all the key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, strength, controlled movement and flexibility. This class is not heated.
Grab your friends and have yourself a private yoga party! Perfect for birthday parties, holiday parties, bridal shower & bachelorette parties or just anytime you want to get together with friends! Give us a few weeks notice to set something up! $25 per person. The studio space can be rented to continue the party for up to 4 hours for an additional $50 an hour. inspirehealthfm@gmail.com

The Salt Cave is a wonderful place to practice yoga, as deep breathing can help to maximize the benefits of salt therapy! This 45-minute yoga class includes opening postures for the lungs and ends with an extended savasana. Since Himalayan salt has as wonderful crystal structure and holds a very nice energy, it really supports the spiritual practice of Yoga. This class is a combination of both a yoga class & a salt cave session, best of both worlds! Not included in regular class passes. $40
