Hi! I’m Shawna Smith and have been practicing Reiki for several years. I have also studied under Llyn Roberts for the past 3 years in Shamanic Reiki. There I learned an entirely different way of living that helped calm my nervous system and restored joy in my life.

I believe Reiki and Shamanic Reiki are marvelous tools to improve health. I also believe deep personal work along with it is the most effective way of transforming from anxiety to peace and joy.
