Ashlie has been an LMT since 2013. Graduating from the Minnesota School of Business.
With a great passion for Reiki, Ashlie also specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Sports, Craniosacral and more. As well as having experience working with Digestive Health Scoliosis and TMJ.
Ashlie's massage is intuitive and graceful yet intense as she listens to the body and energy field as to how the body is next ready to respond heal and release. Detailed and patient can also be used in describing Ashlie's massage as she works with the space and elasticity already present within the tissues. Allowing many to let go and reach a very deep state of relaxation and healing.
Ashlie has had very positive results working with long- and short-term pain sourcing from injuries, surgeries, as well as the day-to-day wear and tear, while also assisting well with stress and anxiety.
